Chardham Yatra Itinerary

Day 1

  • Arrive at Dehradun Airport/Railway Station.
  • Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
  • Evening at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Dehradun.
Day 2

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie (approx. 7-8 hours).
  • En route, visit Kempty Falls.
  • Check-in at the hotel/camp in Barkot.
  • Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3

  • Early morning drive to Janki Chatti/Phool Chatti (approx. 1.5 hours).
  • Start the trek to Yamunotri (6 km one way) by foot, horse, or doli.
  • Take a holy dip in Yamuna River and perform puja at Yamunotri Temple.
  • Visit Shore Temple, Arjuna’s Penance, and Pancha Rathas.
  • Trek back to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot.
  • Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 4

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Uttarkashi (approx. 4-5 hours).
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Day 8

  • Early morning visit to Kedarnath Temple for puja.
  • Trek back to Gaurikund.
  • Transfer to Madurai Airport for flight to Chennai. Drive to Guptkashi.

Day 9

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Badrinath (approx. 7-8 hours).
  • Visit Badrinath Temple for evening darshan and aarti.
  • Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 10

  • Early morning visit to Badrinath Temple.
  • Drive back to Dehradun (approx. 10 hours).
  • Transfer to Dehradun Airport/Railway Station for departure.
