VacationSol began with twenty-five years inside Indian travel, most of it spent in other people's agencies. That is where a country is learned the slow way: the routes, the seasons, and the people who make a trip work. In 2021 it became a house of its own.
It was built around a single decision: keep the standard we had learned, whether or not anyone was watching. Rooms confirmed by name. Drive times told honestly, then kept. The same person answering from the first email to the drive back to the airport. None of it was invented for a website. It is how we were trained, and we never found a reason to lower it.
How we work
We keep the list short on purpose. A few trips at a time means each one is planned and watched properly, by the person whose name is on it. When we are full, we say so.
The team is small and chosen for the same habits: present, responsive, answerable. The person who plans your trip is the person you reach while you are travelling.
A note from the journey designer.
Every trip here is designed by one person, start to finish. I sketch it around the people travelling: who tires when, who wakes early, what a good evening looks like for you rather than for a brochure.
Then it is argued over with the people on the ground until the drive times are honest and every house has earned its night. The journeys on this site are worked examples of that process. None of them is your trip. Yours has not been designed yet.
