The thinking behind it is simple. A screen can book a room. It cannot tell you which one. The value of a good operator is judgement, and judgement is built in one place only, which is on the ground, over years.
How we work
We keep the list short on purpose. A limited number of trips at a time means each one is planned and watched properly, by the person whose name is on it. When we are full, we say so.
The team is small and chosen to work the same way: present, responsive, and answerable. The person who plans your trip is the person you reach while you are travelling.
